SleepForm — Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Can I return my order? Yes. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return any item, provided the following conditions are met.
Return conditions:
- The item is complete — all parts, components, and original packaging included.
- The product shows only normal wear, with no damage from misuse or rough handling.
- Hygiene products have been properly cleaned prior to return shipping.
- Any defects were identified immediately upon receiving the product.
Please note: We reserve the right to decline a return if we reasonably suspect the item has been misused or damaged for reasons outside our responsibility.
2. How do I start a return?
If your order meets the conditions above, follow the steps below to begin the returns process.
Step 1 — Contact us by email Send an email to: support@sleepform.co
Please include the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photo of the product (if damaged or faulty)
- Your full name
- Your delivery address
Step 2 — Wait for our confirmation We'll get back to you and provide the correct return address.
Important: Please do not send your return to the original sender until you've received our instructions with the correct address.
Step 3 — Send the product Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are sent to one of our warehouses in Asia.
Once you've sent the parcel, please share the tracking number with us so we can follow up on the shipment and process your refund as quickly as possible.
3. Processing timeframe Returns will be processed within 7 business days of the item arriving at our warehouse.
4. Refund Your refund will be issued once the product has arrived at our warehouse and been inspected. The following conditions apply:
- The refunded amount covers the full order value, excluding original shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed via the same payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of confirming receipt and inspection of the return.
Partial Refund If you'd prefer not to return the product and cover the return shipping costs, you may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 20% of the purchase price, arranged directly with our team. To request this option, please mention it in your email to support@sleepform.co. Our team will review your case and offer the most suitable solution.
5. Order cancellation Because we use a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after confirmation. For this reason, we're unable to cancel or refund an order once it has been dispatched.
If you'd like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. That said, once you've received your item, you're welcome to begin the returns process as outlined in this policy.
